Wild & Orderly is a digital learning, editorial and content design studio that specialises in organising written and visual material so it’s easier to follow and use. The studio is run by Mina Kupfermann, a digital learning designer and editor with over 20 years’ experience working with subject specialists.

Many projects begin with material that feels dense, fragmented or difficult to navigate. This might involve shaping structure from early drafts, or refining existing content so it reads more smoothly and works better for its audience. Attention is given to tone, style and purpose alongside layout and interaction design, so the final result feels coherent across pages and formats.

Work often starts by looking closely at what already exists and noticing where readers hesitate, lose their place or feel unsure what to do next. This can include reviewing how activities function for people using screen readers, keyboards or other assistive tools, and adjusting accordingly. Decisions about structure, layout and interaction are then developed and tested across screens and devices.
Commissions vary in scale and timing. Sometimes this means joining early to help organise structure before development begins; in other cases existing material can be improved or extended. Some collaborations are short and focused, while others run alongside wider programmes where content needs to be revisited and updated over time.
